Unique to the Bengal Village, our specialities are marinated overnight in our chef's own prepared sauce combined with a blend of fresh herbs and exotic spices.

Roshuni Chicken Chilli   Roshuni Chicken Chilli - Fairly Hot
Cubes of chicken are cooked in a tandoor and then prepared with fresh garlic, green chilli, herbs and garnished with coriander.
Laboni Sabzi   Laboni Sabzi - Mild
Mixed vegetables cooked with almonds, coconut, fresh cream and garnished with sultanas
Murghi Masala   Murghi Masala - Mild
Minced lamb encased in tender pieces of chicken, then prepared in our masala sauce with coconut, cream and almond.
Bengal Chicken or Lamb   Bengal Chicken or Lamb - Fairly Hot
Chicken or Lamb is cooked in our unique sauce containing sliced onions, peppers and tomatoes.
Korai King Prawn   Korai King Prawn - Medium
Marinated in spices and herbs and then grilled in the tandoor, this dish is flavoured in a medium-hot sauce with chopped onions, tomato and green peppers. Served on a cast iron 'sizzler'.
